PRICING

The rental fee for the full space is $4950.

• Discounted Rates as follows:

  • A rental rate of $3950 for any fridays / sundays during peak season

  • A rental rate of $2800 for any dates during off season (January - April)

An additional $1000 Ceremony fee is added for events using the Gibson social club for both ceremony & Reception.

An additional $500 Service Fee is added to include cleaning before/after each event & up to two hours of staff set up.

A 40% deposit is required in order to reserve your date. Your party is not confirmed until a deposit is made.

USE OF GIBSON SOCIAL CLUB FROM 11:00 AM-11:00 PM (Can reserve building earlier for additional $100 per hour).

AMENITIES

• comfortable seating for up to 274 guests.

  • For larger events or specific layouts, there is flexibility to expand our table capacity, with additional seating rented in as needed

• Use of our main reception hall and main bar

• Access to our downstairs lobby area, which will have its own bar and one getting ready lounge

• Access to our upstairs mezzanine area, which will have its own bar and two getting ready lounges

• Use of our catering kitchen

• Use of our harvest tables, benches, and 20 bent Wood chairs
