THE MEZZANINE

3-hour rental fridays & sundays

PRICING

2024 - The rental fee for the Mezzanine is $415 for a total of 3 hours. (Fridays & Sundays only. no saturdays)

An additional $100 cleaning Fee is required.

$100/hour to extend rental time.

A 40% deposit is required in order to reserve your date. Your party is not confirmed until a deposit is made.

CAPACITY

The upstairs Mezzanine will be able to accommodate up to 60 guests standing for open house or cocktail style gathering. There is built-in banquette seating and bistro tables available.

BAR

Our bar pricing, Bar minimum and information can be found here.

CATERING

At this time we do not require a specific caterer, but you are required to use a licensed caterer.

AMENITIES

  • 3-hour rental

  • Use of our mezzanine bar

  • Use of our two mezzanine getting ready lounges

  • Use of our mezzanine seating area, which will have a 20-person banquette bench, 11 round bistro tables & stools and one 9' harvest table with benches

  • Use of our coat check

  • Use of our catering kitchen

  • Use of our on-site parking lot

The upstairs LOBBY will be able to accommodate up to 40 guests standing for open house or cocktail style gathering. There are velvet sofas and bistro tables available & bar stools at the bar.
